More than 7 days before departureFull refund — no cancellation charge, unless the booking has been rescheduled.
More than 48 hours and up to 7 days before departure₹500 cancellation charge per fare-paying passenger; the balance is refunded.
48 hours or less before departureNo refund on the dinner cruise ticket.
Cancellation deadlines are measured from the departure time on your ticket. Infants travel free and have no cancellation charge.
If your dinner cruise is cancelled or does not operate: Request a full refund for active passengers. We’ll initiate it after our team confirms the disruption.
Rescheduling policy
Timing is calculated from the departure on your ticket before each date change.
- More than 48 hours before departure: Free rescheduling. If you cancel later, ₹500 per fare-paying passenger applies—even if you move your trip weeks or months ahead. Cancellation 48 hours or less before the new departure receives no refund on the dinner cruise ticket.
- 48 hours or less before departure: ₹200 per fare-paying passenger to reschedule. Your dinner cruise ticket remains non-refundable, however far ahead or how many times you change the date.
Refund to the original payment method. After the refund is processed, UPI refunds usually reflect in your account the same day. Card and net banking refunds usually take 5–7 working days; in some cases, they may take up to 10 working days.

Where and when do I board?
Board at Junglighat Jetty in Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair). Report at 7:00 PM, 30 minutes before the 7:30 PM departure. The scheduled return is 9:30 PM.
Can I choose vegetarian food?
Yes. Select Veg or Non-Veg for each paying passenger when booking. The buffet offers both options. See the buffet menu for the course selection.
Can you arrange hotel pick-up and drop?
Yes. Hotel pick-up and drop can be arranged at an additional charge. Use the WhatsApp link below the buffet menu to request a transfer and confirm the price with our team.
How can I cancel or reschedule?
