Cancellation deadlines are measured from the departure time on your ticket. Infants travel free and have no cancellation charge.
If your sunset cruise is cancelled or does not operate: Request a full refund for active passengers. We’ll initiate it after our team confirms the disruption.
Timing is calculated from the departure on your ticket before each date change.
Refund to the original payment method. After the refund is processed, UPI refunds usually reflect in your account the same day. Card and net banking refunds usually take 5–7 working days; in some cases, they may take up to 10 working days.
