- A 9:00 AM departure usually returns around 2:00 to 2:30 PM; a 10:00 AM departure usually returns around 3:00 to 3:30 PM.
- Aberdeen Jetty to Ross Island: about 2 km and usually 15 to 20 minutes by boat.
- Time at Ross Island: about 1.5 hours, excluding boat travel.
- Ross Island to North Bay: usually about 30 minutes by boat.
- Time at North Bay: usually about 3 to 4 hours, depending on daily operations and excluding boat travel.
- North Bay to Aberdeen Jetty: usually about 30 to 40 minutes by boat.
Bad-weather boarding from Junglighat Jetty
- If boats cannot board safely at Aberdeen Jetty because of bad weather, departures may shift to Junglighat Jetty. If the change is confirmed in advance, we will inform you as early as possible by phone call, WhatsApp or email.
- Junglighat departures usually leave between 9:00 and about 10:15 AM and normally return around 4:00 to 4:30 PM because this route takes longer.
- Only the combined Ross Island & North Bay trip operates from Junglighat Jetty. Ross-only and North-Bay-only shared or private trips are cancelled.
- If your confirmed single-island trip is cancelled, request a full refund in My Bookings. After team confirmation, we will initiate the full boat-fare refund with no cancellation charge.

Onward travel: If you arrive in Port Blair from Havelock by Nautika or another ferry and want to visit Ross Island that same day, call AWT before booking. Yes. This combined trip covers Ross Island (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Dweep), North Bay Coral Island and the return boat to Port Blair. Island order can change with operating conditions.
